Cancellation & Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arriving late may require your service to be shortened so the next client’s appointment can begin on time. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the late-cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and exceptions may be considered at the discretion of The Skin Fix Studio.
